(B) Another excellent example of the work of the French ferronier, with a spare Modernist look. All surfaces are decoratively hammered. This piece measures about 29 wide, 75 tall, and has its original beveled mirror. This piece has substance and weight.

(C) A more fanciful wrought iron hall tree from France, this one measuring 27 wide, 9 deep, 73 high. Original beveled mirror in place, excellent condition, beautiful patina. (e-mail Jack for a price)

 

(D) American (?) hall tree, iron made to look like bamboo, with a gilt finish. Dimensions: 28 wide, 13 deep, 74 high.
