(33) "God the Father," by Vicenzo Morani (Italian, 1809-1870); oil on canvas. Morani studied in Naples under Angelinin and Guerra; he was influenced by Overbeck, and worked predominantly for the Naples court. This is the original canvas, and it has some repairs with patches on the back. Measurements: 29 by 24 1/2 inches; with frame, 42 x 36. Morani's glorious work: SOLD to SANDIE!
